ACE Producers and the Independent Film Foundation are pleased to announce the call for applications for Training Days Poland 2024, launched thanks to the support of the Polish Film Institute.
ACE Training Days Poland is a two-day program tailor-made for developing producers in the relatively early stages of their career, who want to expand their network and learn more about the international context of the audiovisual industry. The hands-on workshop welcomes producers working in fiction, animation and documentary and strives to make the industry inclusive, diverse and collaborative.
For this workshop, a total of 12 producers (6 Polish and a total of 6 from neighboring countries) will be selected to join the workshop held in Warsaw. Since ACE aims to encourage international cooperation, the call is open to new producers from Poland, as well as Albania, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania , Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine.
The training days in Poland will be themed around "Basics of co-production: what is worth negotiating". The interactive workshop will include plenary sessions, case studies as well as group meetings with the help of ACE consultants and producers who have extremely good results in international financing, co-production, negotiations, sales and distribution and who will share their knowledge and international expertise.

(workshop starts at 09:30 AM, therefore international participants should arrive on the 19th and leave on the 21st after 18:00).

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
Rising producers interested in the international market and co-production. Producers should have at least one credit for the short film. Producers will benefit best from the workshop when they are already working on a feature project in development. Producers should commit to attending the entire workshop. Producers who have been selected for previous editions of Training Days are eligible to re-apply. - APPLICATION DEADLINE
